Burdizzo is a band from Toronto that play a fast, aggressive style of grindcore. The songs on Nursery are all short so the running time is not that long. Most songs are two minutes or less. The longest song clocks in at 3:46. The songs are not just fast for no reason. There is some good grooves on the songs. If the music on this release doesn't pump you up, I don't know what will.
This is a great album from start to finish and it doesn't give up for the most part. There are some songs that are a little slower but you won't be finding any power ballads here, that's for sure. The songs have a great, raw feeling to them and if you like your music loud and aggressive, you can't go wrong with Nursery. This is not an album that takes time to get into.
